Paula Flynn

Enterprise Architect

Paula brings more than 40 years of global telecom leadership and infrastructure governance to Clients. Beginning her career as a certified programmer, she developed a precise ability to diagnose the health of complex telecom environments identifying where systems are stable, where they’re failing, and how to rebuild them for long-term resilience. Across her 18-year tenure at McKinsey, Paula owned global-scale telecom operations end-to-end, including enterprise-level circuit provisioning across every region, POP deployment and relocation, and large-scale carrier migrations executed with zero disruption. She has governed multimillion-dollar carrier contracts and Master Service Agreements since 1993 navigating the complexity few practitioners ever master. In environments where every operational decision is controlled but the budget never is, Paula consistently delivered savings by understanding the details, interpreting constraints, and applying the creative problem-solving required to get as close as possible to what was needed, requested, and financially achievable. She provides honest assessments, governance-driven remediation, and a stewardship-focused approach that helps organizations fix what’s broken, eliminate waste, and rebuild systems that are stable, compliant, and built to last
